Festival Looks: #FurlaFeeling goes electric

I returned to Cluj Napoca and we had a few extra days before heading for Bontida where Electric Castle is taking place. Electric Castle is held every year at Bánffy Castle in Bontida, Transylvania. The first edition took place in 2013 and since then the EC has been nominated for the European Festival Awards at the Best Medium Sized Festival, ending each year since then in the finals, among the top 10 festivals in Europe.

Over time, we posted on the blog under the Festival Series a series of festival suggestions as well as survival kits and other articles about how our experience was at each of these events. As usual, when it comes to Electric Castle, you inevitably think about the rain. Boots and cloaks have sold out. “This year will be very different, because there are so many covered areas that you can find a place where you can safely find a place even if it rains. We also have 20,000 square feet of special pavements to cope with the rain, “the organizers say. Out of the nine scenes, two are totally closed and one only partially, which means that about 20,000 people will be able to shelter from the rain in the area of these scenes (the area where the spectators stand being also covered).

Today I am bringing you a new proposal for your festival looks on the blog – last week I ran to the EC and I took some pictures with one of my favorite pieces from my new collection with Moja, specifically, some short leather fringed with fringes I wore it backwards, with the front in the back and two FURLA Metropolis handbags purchased from the FURLA Baneasa Shopping City store, part of the Jungle collection – and the Toni Rubino and Toni Petalo Crossbody worn in the bandwagon, in parallel, for a sensation of freedom . You can dance freely, plus you have more space when you have two bags. I have accessorized them, of course, with the multicolored FURLA scarves.

When I think about the festival outfits, I think about materials and textures that look good on the move so I chose to wear a stretch leather suede that is very comfortable and allows you to sit quietly on the grass as long as you have the appropriate underwear – a short microfiber trouser. I have accessorized her with two Furla bags worn in the bandwagon for a feeling of freedom; you can dance freely, plus you have more space when you have two bags. #FurlaFeeling

I’m just in love with these bags,they’re a vibrant expression of the urban jungle. The SS17 collection is inspired by tropical prints and exotic patterns. FURLA proposes an unexpected lush green corner filled with floral, animal, color and energy prints (I’ve written about the versatile My Play Furla series here). Unfortunately, you can not find the new models for more than a few days, so you have to decide quickly if you have serious intentions with the buying option.

The 5th EC edition takes place between the 12th and 16th of July 2017, on the same vast domain known as the Versailles of Transylvania. Bánffy Castle is an architectural ensemble built by the Bánffy family in Cluj County. The nucleus of the edifice complex is Renaissance, and the extensions were made in baroque style in the eighteenth century, and neoclassical and romantic in the nineteenth century. The festival combines a wide range of music, music, rock, reggae, hip hop, electronic music, or indie with technology, with heritage and alternative culture. I will see you there this year for another unique five-day festival experience. I can not wait to get the gang from Bucharest and Timisoara – because it has already become a tradition every year by Electric Castle.
