Christmas outfit & happenings!

In primul rand vreau sa va urez tuturor sarbatori fericite, un Craciun superb alaturi de cei dragi, multe multe cadouri si sanatate pentru a continua ceea ce va propuneti pentru urmatorul an. Noi am inceput pregatirile de Craciun destul de tarziu anul acesta, dat fiind faptul ca e primul an in care stam impreuna, nu aveam brad, globuri sau alte ornamente. H&M Home ne-a salvat si de aceasta data cu niste decoratiuni superbe (perne, fata de masa, blana pe care este asezat bradutul nostru).

First of all, I want to wish you all happy holidays, a superb Christmas next to your loved ones, many many presents, and health, to continue doing what you wish in 2014. Due to the fact that this is our 1st year in our new apartment, we’ve started decorating for Christmas quite late: we didn’t have a tree, or tree decorations. H&M Home saved us again – I found some exquisite decorations (pillow cases, table runners or the faux fur that our three is placed on.)

Chiar am asteptat cu mult drag acest moment, pentru a va arata primele fotografii cu bradul nostru din acest an. Suntem genul de persoane care iubesc Craciunul si sarbatorile de iarna si asteapta vara imediat dupa revelion si primele ture de partie, asa ca am ales decoratiuni pentru brad in tonuri calde: rosu si auriu. Am sa va rog sa ma credeti pe cuvand cand va spun, am cutreierat vreme de 3 zile magazinele (magic number), pentru a gasi luminitele aurii pentru brad. In cel mai sincer mod, nu inteleg lumea care isi decoreaza brazii de Craciun folosind combinatia argintiu-albastru. Stateam la un moment dat la Dedeman desfacand cutii si incercand beluculete cand langa raftul acesta, apare o familie cu un brad de betele albastre, pentru brad. Albastru ar trebui sa fie interzis macar de sarbatori! :)) Pentru noi, Craciunul inseamna rosu si auriu. Probabil la un moment dat imi voi dori un brad alb cu auriu, dar nimic mai mult. Sunt foarte multumita de modul in care arata si va invit si pe voi in casa noastra:

I was really looking forward to show you the 1st pictures of our Christmas tree. We are the kind of people that love Christmas and the winter holidays and look forward to see the summer as soon as we manage to ride down the slope for the very first times. We’ve chosen warm toned decorations, in red and gold. I will have to ask you to give me credit when I tell you, I’ve been walking around for three days in order to find those perfect golden lights (3 – magic number). I really do not understand why people like to decorate their Christmas trees in blue and silver. I was at Dedeman (local store with electronic & home supplies) opening boxes and trying out lights, while a the basic family stood right next to me with their hands full of blue sparkly tinsel… Blue should be forbidden at Christmas, at least! :)) For us Christmas means red and gold. Maybe at some time I will crave for a white and gold Christmas Tree, but nothing more. I am very pleased of how our house looks so I invite you in:

Pentru cadoul mamei mele am gasit o cutie rotunda, superba, in Iulius. Dupa cum vedeti, ar merge si pe post de clutch :)). (I’m happy!)

For my mom, I found a beautiful round red box, in Iulius (local Mall). As you can see, it could easily pass for a clutch :)). (I’m happy!)

Carla face 15 ani pe 5 ianuarie, asa ca Mos Craciun a fost generos: are trei cadouri superbe sub brad! Abia astept sa vad ce a a primit, pentru ca e deja o domnisoara si merita lucruri noi si frumoase… unul dintre cadourile ei se asorteaza cu bradul in mod perfect. Astept cu nerabdare sa o revad. Sa ii revad pe ai mei. In aceasta seara insa, ramanem la Cluj Napoca, cinam cu prietenii asa ca am ales o rochie neagra semnata Maia Ratiu si o pereche de pantofi Charline de Luca. (ambele primite cadou)

Carla is turning 15 on the 5th of January next year, so Santa Claus was very generous: she has three gifts under the tree. I can hardly wait to see what’s inside those pretty boxes, ‘cuz she is a lady now and she deserves beautiful things… one of her gifts matches the colours of the three. I’m dying to see her! To see my parents! Tonight we will dine with our friends in Cluj Napoca, so I’m wearing a black bandage dress from Maia Ratiu and a pair of silver heels from Charline de Luca. (both of them were early Christmas gifts)

Sarbatori fericite alaturi de cei dragi! Va pup si va imbratisez cu drag si astept sa imi spuneti ce tinuta ati ales voi, pentru seara de 24 decembrie! Ne vedem pe instagram si mai tarziu, pe blog, cu o postare speciala la miezul noptii (despre ceea ce ar trebui sa purtati sub rochia de Craciun! :O )
