A RADIANT SUMMER
You’re my best friend, so I feel responsible for you. I know you like sitting by the pool enjoying the sun all day long, to have an intense golden-bronze tan. I am writing you because one thing caught my attention: it was 2 pm and I did not see any umbrella or sun protection cream next to you. I know that we all want to stay in the sun as much as possible because we look better in summer dresses with a super bronze.
Let’s face it, it’s important to look good and have a healthy skin and over 10 years, not just now, especially as the sun’s rays are guilty of aging and the appearance of stains. But what if I told you that you can get a beautiful and healthy tan and if you use a SPF oil? Did you know that the normal time for skin to protect itself in the sun without a sunscreen usually lasts between 5 and 30 minutes? That’s what I’m talking about.
You need 15 cream puffs to protect yourself from sunlight from head and down to your feet. I can only recommend that you use sunscreen not only in the summer, but all year long, as I do. I have chosen NIVEA SUN because it is the smell that reminds us of summer, sun, mountain chalets, and I choose to apply the cream not only when sitting under the sun, but also it’s cloudy, when I travel and when I’m shooting, for hours.
You’ve probably heard about FPS, but what exactly is it? Well, it is the sunscreen that is found on all sunscreen products and is actually the number of minutes you can spend in the sun without the skin burning when you use the product. After two 20-minute baths in the water, for example, sunscreen creams still retain 50% of the original protection factor. Do not forget, creams may disappear if they come into contact with water, sand, towels or sweat, and it’s important to re-apply them every two hours and have both UVA and UVB protection. UVA rays are present throughout the year and cause skin aging, and UVBs are responsible for bronze. Wherever and whenever you make you arrive at the beach, if you have the right sunscreen, you will feel perfectly protected.
